Cornhusker Nationals Trapshoot 1975
This was a big year for the Cornhusker Trapshoot. It started to garner state wide attention
and even some national mentions.
The meet was a sanctioned event by the Nebraska High School Activities Association.
146 shooters and 29 High Schools attended the meet. Nebraska Game and Parks sponsored the Cornhusker
Cup for the first year. The meet was held in Norfolk.
UNL won the team college meet with a 951. Drake was second with a 925.
Frank Hoppe won the college division with a 199/200. Dave Sheer from Wayne State was
second with a 198.
